My experience was fantastic, I really enjoyed dealing with the sales person that sold me my vehicle. He was straight forward with everything which I very much enjoyed. I came into Don Davis Dodge to specifically look at a used Honda Accord I saw on this my children's vehicles, have come from a Don Davis dealership. I test drove the Honda and I liked it ok enough but the financing did not work out in a way that would benefit me. I thought we were done and I was ready to call it a day. Then Syed Jilaney told me about this 2011 Dodge Caliber that they just barely got in. I looked at it and immediately told him that there was no way I could afford this. He assured me I could. I had just spent an hour telling him what my goal was and what my pocketbook could afford. He went above and beyond to help me get into this vehicle. I went to over six dealers, either I was given the run around or just poor customer service. I went to Don Davis in January and was very satisfied with the quality of care that was extended by Darren Mit around or just poor customer service. Even though I did not purchase a car that same night, I kept thinking about how friendly the staff was, how clean the atmosphere was and overall how great the service was, they even gave me a full tank of gas. After dealing with one more dealership and getting no satisfaction at all, my mind was made up, I was going back to Don Davis. The next day I decided to give them a call but before I could dial their number, they were calling me back to see if there was anything on their end that could have been done differently or if I was at least satisfied with the service, I explained my frustration with the other dealers and was asked by the GM to come back in and they would get me taken care of. I came in and was helped by Enrique Machin, I will honestly have to say, he went above and beyond to help me find the car of my choice.. We also spoke with the sales manager, Abraham Escarino , who sat down with us and explained every and all things in detail.. Theses two gentlemen ( Abraham and Enrique) made us feel so comfortable, relaxed and were just excellent- their service was the best ! In finance, Eddie ( not sure of the last name) was so down to earth and punctual... we were in and out of there in no time... I would like to extend my gratitude to the staff at Don Davis Auto - they really are in the correct field, they are such assets to the company... I wish I would have started my search first and only with these guys... They are tremendously the best there is..... I traveled over an hour to see theses guys, not only was the trip soo worth it, I got the car of my dreams, a great deal on my trade in and again, a full tank on gas....I cant even explain in detail how wonderful I was treated- they really wrapped their arms around me and took great care of me, so again ...
