Wow! Is all I can say... After 8 hours and 2 dealerships of pure frustration I thought I would try one more dealership to purchase a new vehicle. Theo, the sales man who met me at the door, was very kind to me given my attitude towards 'dealerships'. I knew what car I wanted and he had it available almost immediately to test drive. I was out the door with my car in an hour and a half!! Yes, 1.5 hour!! Unbelievable. I am still giggling with joy!! Thank you Don Davis for your service and sales team! You turned my prejudgment of car sales into a happy experience. You gained a life time customer and I can not tell enough friends/relatives/co-workers/Facebook peeps and strangers about you!! Prior to visiting Don Davis Auto Group, I had tried to purchase a Jeep Cherokee at another dealership. My experience was less than stellar at that dealership. In complete contrast, Lawrence Morris and his purchase a Jeep Cherokee at another dealership. My experience was less than stellar at that dealership. In complete contrast, Lawrence Morris and his sales manager Abraham Escareno were polite, professional, and totally honest with me. There was a bit of a misunderstanding that they straightened out without hesitation in a polite manner stating "we are a family run business and we stand by what was told to you on the phone". I really appreciated their promptness in handling the situation. I will recommend this dealership and will return to them for any future purchases. More

Great dealership to work with. I flew in from out of town to pick up a vehicle no local dealer wanted to negotiate on. I was greeted at the airport and picked up in the vehicle I was buying.
