I first went to Don Davis in September 2012 wanting to purchase a new Jeep and trade in my car. After negotiating, the price was still not in my ball park. They said this was the best they could do. With most dealerships, they will call you the next day or two and say, "OK how about this?" and it would be lower. Don Davis never did--I believe this to be because they were at their lowest. I paid a couple more payments on my car to get the cost down and also freed myself up to where I could afford higher payment for the exact vehicle I wanted. I went back to Don Davis and again spoke with Jim Britton. He was great. Very helpful and seemed to really want to help me get my new vechicle, whether it was a sale for him or not! We came to an agreement but I had to come back with my husband. When we went back everything went smoothly. The only down fall was that in SEptember I was going to get $16,500 for my trade and now it had dropped to $14,700 (and I do not drive my car a lot and there was no additional damage since they first appraised it). So dropping close to $2,000 in a span of 4 months was kind of a let down. But because they gave me an exceptional deal on ordering the Jeep, found me an amazing interest rate and were just an overall pleasure to work with, I went for it. I received my Jeep sooner than expected and Jim called me as soon as it came in! Once I took the keys Jim went over everything in the Jeep with me and then waved me off goodbye! From the time I walked in til the time I left from retreiving my new plates, I always felt treated with kindness and respect. I am more than happy with the Jeep and the financing was under what my budget had been the second time around --inlcuding GAP insurance and 2 years worth of maintanence! Thank you Jim for all of your patience with myself and my husband! I am enjoying my Jeep and when we do take it off roading I'll be sure to send you a photo! More

I have to say that Carol has gone way above and beyond what I believe her job ask her to do. There were some issues at first with the purchase I made but in the end, another truck was availiable and a pr what I believe her job ask her to do. I have to say Thanks to Tara in customer service for making me feel like she really understood and was genuinely concerned with my situation. I will do business here again in the future as they truly do care in the pride they have and making sure the customer feels comfortable in the final purchase. More

I went to this dealership on 01/23/2013 to explore the pros and cons of a lease compared to a purchase. I was approached by salesperson, Carol Szymanski on the walkway prior to entering the sales office. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and satisfied my concerns in a straightforward manner. She remained available to me until I left in the new vehicle. During the initial shopping stages, I had occasion to meet Abraham Escareno who was also very friendly and a very accomplished salesman. He quickly selected a third vehicle for my consideration and was completely knowledgeable regareing all of it's features. These two salespersons convinced me to consider purchasing this third vehicle I originally thought was beyond my financial comfort level. During all of this time, Carol and Abraham were very attentive to my comfort and concerns. In the financial department, Michael Nienhaus made me feel at ease during the transactions and worked very hard on my behalf to ensure a very pleasant experience. The General Manager also greeted me and congratulated me on my vehicle selection. I am very pleased with the total dealership experience and with the vehicle selected. More
