This is the second Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland we have purchased from Don Davis/Jim Britton in the past 7 months. We came in contact through their internet website searching for a specific Overland. No mind games, no bait and switch, no waste of our time. Each time the dealership had the exact Overland we wanted, the price was great, the offer on our vehicle was great, and no problems closing the deal. It's worth the 9 hour drive to do business with Don Davis/Jim Britton compared to the hours wasted in the past at dealerships who only want to sell what they have on the lot, who can't get the vehicle you want, and are so far apart on what is the market value of their car and your trade in. They want full sticker for their vehicle and wholesale/loan value to offer you for theirs and don't understand the business like Don Davis/Jim Britton. We'd rather drive to Arlington. Even the general manager came to introduce himself and thank us for his business. We've bought more expensive vehicles in the past and some of those general managers weren't interested enough to thank the customer for the big sale. No wonder Don Davis is such a successful dealership. More

After being ignored after being tol a salesman was coming with keys, I got in my car to leave. I looked up & saw DJ when I went to shut my door. He had come from new car sales to help me. I hope management sees its more about the people than the numbers for this employee who has worked his way up at Don Davis. Overall I was satisfied with the experience. I have no issues with John my salesperson, he was very friendly and I know that he wanted to make a deal. I do feel like the dealership tried to low ball me on my trade and basically expected me to pay MSRP from the start. I was just looking to pay what my research had shown to be a fair price for the vehicle that I was shopping for and not to get robbed on my trade in. I ultimately got a deal that I thought was fair enough but do feel like I had to spend quite a bit of time working for it. Financing was able to get me a lower interest rate with my bank than what I came in pre-approved at so they did save me some money there. More
