From the minute I called the dealership inquiring about a used vehicle, I was pleased with the responses and was immediately put in touch with the manager. Not really needing to purchase a vehicle, I decided to leave that day without purchasing anything. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE from Larry or Walter (sales manager). I did my homework over the weekend because, even though the vehicle was almost nine years old, it looked and drove like it was brand new. I contacted Larry on Monday and decided to purchase the vehicle. When I got to the dealership, Larry had everything ready to go and my time there to close the sale was minimal.
