So I went in for a recall service on my 2011 Dodge Charger, I had just purchased this vehicle here from the pre-owned department. Anyways, I wasn't really happy with my car. I was happy that it was a Charger, I had just purchased this vehicle here from the pre-owned department. Anyways, I wasn't really happy with my car. I was happy that it was a Charger but inside I felt as though I wasn't satisfied with it. So as I waited for the service team to take care of me (as they always do), I took a little walk to the new cars. I saw this Black 2012 Charger that looked viscous!! Enter Jerry and Abraham into the picture. Jerry greeted me and asked me if I needed any help and asked me if I was happy with my car. I told him the truth, no. Jerry and Abraham then showed me that black Charger I saw and they worked with me on the price and they gave me a good deal on my trade in. But the most important part was that they really went out of their ways to help me get into something I will be happy in and will ride for the years to come. And the car is a beauty!!! Thanks guys!!! You have me as a customer for a long time!! More

Larry happily went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for and that didn't take long. He listened to what I needed. I drove away with what I needed and what I desired the same day. Larry was easy to work with, generous with this time and dedicated to finding what I was looking for. He was manner-able and not pushy. Nor did he rush me. After I made my decision I didn't have to spend all day waiting on my paperwork to be completed. They all made me feel like family. My next vehicle is coming from Larry of Don Davis. Because Larry and Alex helped me get more than ever I expected. This was the best car shopping and buying experience I have ever had. My kids expressed how much they like working with Larry and said they were buying their next vehicle from him. They're 8, 11 and 17. We all drove away very happy. More

Theo was the sales representative that I worked with and Eddie was the sales manager. My car had been damaged by the hail that hit east Dallas, so I needed a new car. I'd had two horrible experiences with Eddie was the sales manager. My car had been damaged by the hail that hit east Dallas, so I needed a new car. I'd had two horrible experiences with dealerships earlier on in the day. When I showed up to Don Davis Dodge around 2 pm, Theo greeted me at the door and assured me he would do whatever it took to make sure I had a smile on my face, which wound up including buying me lunch from Chick-Fil-A as I hadn't eaten lunch, was pregnant, and starving. I told Theo I didn't think there was any way I could afford a new Dodge Durango but wanted to drive one to see what they were like. After Theo took me on test drives in two different Durango models, I was in love with the car. Eddie offered me a phenomenal value on my damaged trade in, and Theo and Eddie worked together to give me a phenomenal deal on a loaded brand new Durango. They were honest, efficient, and accommodating. And when a customer comes in ready to spend that amount of money, it is nice to be treated respectfully, which I was. Notwithstanding my positive experience, I told both Theo and Eddie that I wanted to sleep on the decision to purchase the car. Neither of them were pushy; both were understanding and simply let my decision be. Theo called that evening not to discuss the car, but only to make sure that I got home safely. The next day, I returned to the dealership over lunch and within 1 hour of arriving, I was driving my new Durango off the lot. I expect that kind of treatment from Lexus dealerships; I did not necessarily expect to receive that kind of treatment from a Dodge dealership. Assuming Dodge can continue to turn out a product as great as the new Durango, I will continue to return to this dealership to purchase cars so long as Theo and Eddie work there. In the mean time, I will refer anyone I know to these two gentlemen. More

One thing that drives me away from a sales situation is the salesman and/or their managers pushing the issue on vehicles I didn't come in to see. I wasn't at Don Davis Ford in Arlington for longer than ten minutes because they wanted me looking at vehicles I knew I wasn't buying. Finance was also a smooth process that usually can be very lengthy. Lastly, the overall friendliness and acceptance of my situation couldn't have been any better. More
