My husband and I went to Don Davis to purchase a 2012 Dodge Charger. We knew exactly what we wanted and could afford, we advised Theo of the 5 features that were a must, one of which was navigation sys Dodge Charger. Theo Davis worked to find us a match and presented us with a MSRP sheet that featured all but one of our “must have” features. Willing to comprise on the one feature that could be added after market, we made the deal. Needless to say, after the delayed delivery of our vehicle, we received a car with NO navigations system. We spoke with the manager, Eddie Elqutob regarding the matter, who basically stated that we must have “thought” the navigation system was featured on the MSRP sheet but was not? When in fact, we reviewed the MSRP sheet that Theo presented in detail and checked off the features on the sheet?  Needless to say, Eddie promised to order a new correct vehicle for us 4 business days ago, and we have yet to hear from anyone? *****Make a copy of your MSRP sheet if the vehicle you want is going to be delivered***** More

I was approached by Travis Mejia, sales consultant and he had great presence and not overbearing! I am not one for sitting in the dealership or F&I for more than an hour. I was able to sign the paperwork, appraisal on the car, approved by F&I and was out the door within the hour. He understood my needs and accommodated them still upholding the integrity of the dealership and I am glad that I brought my new Chrysler 200 from the best dealership in the DFW area.
