I searched to find a place that I could share my experience with Don Davis Auto Group. At the end of July of 2013 I went to visit Don Davis because the engine on my car locked up plus some. I was recommended to this dealership through my co-worker. I went and was welcomed by every person we came in sight with. The salesperson I had was Antonio my co-workers brother. I felt going through someone I somewhat knew would be better than going to any old dealership. I was right it was better, but the things this dealership has done for my family I can tell you that no one would expect. My first visit my children were showered with car toys, balloons, and treats, as well we were offer drinks. We tested drove that cars we were interested in. They were willing to take my sad old 1997 Ford Explorer that would do nothing for them as a dealership. At finance they worked with us to get us in a car that we would be happy with, and that worked with what we had to offer, and what we had to offer was not much at all. They accepted that, and went with it. I ended up with a very nice 2010 Ford Focus. We were very happy with what we drove off with. About three weeks later my boyfriend had been promoted in his job, and we needed to trade his car in, and get another car. Mind you this was way sooner than we expected. We planned on doing in six months from now, but with the position we needed another sturdy car. We came in, and spoke with Tec this time. First, and foremost let me tell you that Tec is so amazing, and personable. He was amazing when it came to my children, and us. As usual we were greeted, and welcomed back from everyone. Tec helped us, and we wanted originally a 2008 Jeep Liberty. We unfortunately were unable to get it due to we didn't have the money they wanted down, but we were approved. So at that point Aaron, Vince in finance, and Tec from Sales went all out of there way, and searched and searched for a car with the criteria of the bank. They found a 2008 Chrysler 300 with only 27,000 miles. It looks brand new. They worked with the bank to give us more money on the car we were trading in once again to help accommodate the money needed to put down, and Aaron himself put some up for us. Aaron expressed to me that NO was not going to be an option to us, and YES was the only thing they were going to accept. I signed my papers today without a penny out of my pocket. They made the experience of buying a car tremendous. I am at a loss for words, and cannot nearly express my gratitude they did for my family. My boyfriend, and myself as well as my children have no always had it easy, and with the grace of GOD, and these fine three men have made all the difference in my world. I highly recommend the Don Davis Arlington location off of Collins. They are more then car dealers. They take pride in what they do, and genuinely have your interest at heart. I will never go to another dealership ever. Don Davis has my business from here forward. This is the first dealership I have ever attempted to buy from, and they changed my opinion of dealerships. As mentioned before there is nothing I feel I can say or do to thank these three men for all they have done. All I can say is God Bless you all for all you have done for my family!! More

With some beating around the bush on my part, DJ and I drove the 300 around the block. The car is solid as can be, but it was the conversation while driving and then about music, movies and games that sold me. If you are looking for a great experience, even if just browsing look to Don Davis Arlington. Ask for DJ by name. He rocks. More

I have had the BEST experience purchasing a vehicle ever with Don Davis of Arlington. Theo and Abraham are very concerned and attentive to the customer needs. I purchased a Longhorn Ram truck with no hassle with Don Davis of Arlington. Theo and Abraham are very concerned and attentive to the customer needs. I purchased a Longhorn Ram truck with no hassle and was done/out of the dealership in less than 1 1/2 hours. I did have a major problem after I purchase the truck. The truck that I first purchased had a 6.4 foot bed (this was not identified on the invoice) which would not fit in my garage. I called Abraham the next morning to see if he could help. He went to extreme levels to get me a new truck that match the one I purchased but with a 5.7 foot bed. I wanted a very specific truck and it was very hard for Abraham to find it. It took about 3 weeks to find but he found one. He told me my satisfaction was the only thing that mattered! He really came through and now I have the correct truck! Theo had to drive to Houston to pick this truck up. I never heard any negative comments or complaints from these guys. They never said that will cost you or we cannot do that! They just made things happen to make me happy! Special shout out to Theo, he is a very courteous, no pressure salesman and very good at showing how all the different functions of how the truck works (Longhorn has a lot of buttons). I will recommend these guys to anyone purchasing a new vehicle. I will be a life time customer with Don Davis Auto Group! FYI….. I have purchased a lot of new vehicles in the past 30 years. I have had many bad experiences with different Dealerships. The only reviews I ever write are usually because I am mad or had a bad experience. But Don Davis Group, Abraham and Theo are that good! The relationship started with Rachel Downing when she contacted me while I was browsing on the Don Davis website. I told her what I was looking for and she was very helpful and accommodating in helping contacted me while I was browsing on the Don Davis website. Although she did not have any vehicles that met my requirements, she continued to look and notify me when she found a vehicle that might fit my requirements. Eventually she put me in contact with John Diggs who worked with me to find a vehicle that met the requirements of me and my wife. I was very up front with John, informing him I had done my research on Jeep.com and Consumer Reports, and letting him know the approximate amount I was willing to pay. John was very positive about my approach, stating he appreciated a customer like me that came in knowing exactly what he wanted and was knowledgeable about what he could be expected to pay. John came through and found a Jeep that fit our requirements and we negotiated a price that I believe was satisfactory to both of us. There were a couple of issues that arose in during this process, but John was very proactive to ensure I was satisfied with the resolutions. Unlike any other salesperson I have ever dealt with, after the sale, John took me to the Service area and introduced me to the Service Manager. He wanted to make sure I knew how and where to get service after the sale. He even offered to help get the appropriate people lined up the first time I came in for service. More
