I rated dealership a 5 based on the sales staff knowledge of the Jeep and the straightforward approach to our needs. No typical questions of "how much do you want your payments to be" etc... needed to trade a jeep for a fuel efficeient vechile. i took my jeep to don davis where i was reffered to dan mason. i found dan very friendly, knowledgeable and a great personality. along with his manager took my jeep to don davis where i was reffered to dan mason. i found dan very friendly, knowledgeable and a great personality. along with his manager walter,they went to work and found me a chevy malibu and while the car was not totally up to my expectation it was a great car for the price. I traded my jeep and the process was quick and easy. However, my altimate dream car was to own a sports car,so when my sons situation changed and he was able to make monthy car payments. dan and walter once again; went to work and found a 2008 Hyundai Trburon. I instantly feel in love with this car and dan worked with due diligents with the don davis, finance team. I bought my used car there 3 years ago. I am a single woman and I received great service from all. My son has recently been injured and lost his right hand. I had gone to another dealer and was made to believe they could work with us even though my son's FICO was not where it needed to be. Two days later, we find out that they can not do anything for us and he was so disappointed. I decided to come back to the dealer that treated me so good a few years ago and everyone bent over backwards to get us in a new truck within a few hours. The understanding and willingness to help us was outstanding. My son was elated again and drove away with a smile on his face and a new truck. I have bought 3 vans in the past from DD. I bought a new Chrysler van 2 weeks ago and discovered it did not have 2nd row stow seats. Traded it for another Chrysler yesterday. We discussed several models she was interested in, price range she could comfortably afford, reliability, resale values, different options available on different manufacturers models, etc. After doing much research on the internet we visited several dealerships of every make and had a good idea what to look at and ask for when we arrived. When we arrived at Don Davis we were greeted by Kristen, went to her office and discussed what we were trying to get. We talked about size, gas mileage and safety. We narrowed it down to a Jeep Grand Cherokee and after discussing the options we wanted and price we could afford Kristen had a beautiful blue one brought up for us to check out. It was perfect and the finance department worked with us very generously to make it affordable. My other daughter graduates in May and likes her sisters Jeep so much she has already asked me if I could help her get a similar deal for her. Get ready Kristen, we'll be coming to see you soon.
