The experience we had at Don Davis was very good. The salesman who met with us read us very well. We do not make rash decisions and truly thought we knew what we wanted. He answered all our questions but let us guide our own search. We initially wanted a Chrysler 300 with a light colored interior. Don Davis' 300's all had the charcoal interior. We had located one previously at a Grapevine dealership. We told Les that we would go there to look at it but return to purchase it from him. One look at that interior proved that it was definitely NOT acceptable. Clearly the interior design is not good fabric, not well installed --even had puckers in the door panel. And the door panel color is the very ugliest imaginable, muddy-rusty-brown. It is no wonder Don Davis did not have one on the lot. Such a perfect exterior married to the most gosh-awful ugly interior--Who does that? On our first visit, Les had shown us several other cars, "just for fun". So we went back to him, hoping something would work. Whatever we mentioned, Les showed us. The Jeep Grand Cherokee came close. Then we reaized that we spend most of our driving hours in our ancient pick-up. Les showed us the Ram 1500 with lots of fancy gadgets. SOLD! We believe we paid a fair price and will enjoy this vehicle for many years. A peronal note: My husband has advanced prostate cancer. This truck has put a lasting smile on his face. He is thrilled to be driving it. More

I found a pre owned Ram Truck on Cars.com and contacted the dealership. When I arrived to look at and test drive the vehicle, Syed assisted me and was very helpful. Even though it was a good deal less than what they advertised, Syed worked with Walter the pre owned Sales Mgr and they made it happen. His after the sale service was also something I appreciated. He took care of the things I wanted replaced on it before finally taking it home. After having the truck for about a week, someone dented my door in a parking lot. I remembered Syed mentioning that they had a good dent and body person there. I contacted him and he arranged it for me to come by and have their person take a look and he fixed it while I waited for a very reasonable price. I would recommend Syed and the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

I rated dealership a 5 based on the sales staff knowledge of the Jeep and the straightforward approach to our needs. No typical questions of "how much do you want your payments to be" etc...
