We were pricing Mini Cooper's and went to the Mortiz dealership. The price on the used Mini Cooper was pretty high, and they didn't have anything that we could afford. Awesome sales person to work with. You could tell he loves his job. We felt he really cared about earning our business. He stayed late to meet our needs and always had a smile on his face. When we first walked up to the dealership Abraham greeted us and asked how he could help us. We were actually there to see a Tahoe my husband saw online, but it was already sold. When Abraham greeted us he said this dealership would be our first and last place to look. He stuck to his word, he took the time to ask what we was looking for and he found it. We really appreciate the time and effort he put into looking for the SUV we wanted. The process was quick and the people were very friendly. So I went in for a recall service on my 2011 Dodge Charger, I had just purchased this vehicle here from the pre-owned department. Anyways, I wasn't really happy with my car. I was happy that it was a Charger, I had just purchased this vehicle here from the pre-owned department. Anyways, I wasn't really happy with my car. I was happy that it was a Charger but inside I felt as though I wasn't satisfied with it. So as I waited for the service team to take care of me (as they always do), I took a little walk to the new cars. I saw this Black 2012 Charger that looked viscous!! Enter Jerry and Abraham into the picture. Jerry greeted me and asked me if I needed any help and asked me if I was happy with my car. I told him the truth, no. Jerry and Abraham then showed me that black Charger I saw and they worked with me on the price and they gave me a good deal on my trade in. But the most important part was that they really went out of their ways to help me get into something I will be happy in and will ride for the years to come. And the car is a beauty!!! Thanks guys!!! You have me as a customer for a long time!! More
