I went into Don Davis knowing what truck I wanted. Les was helpful in showing me the new features of the Ram 1500 as I have had 2 older versions in the past. When I told him I would come back and get it, since I wanted my fiance to have a chance to drive the Jeep that evening, he parked it in the garage for me. I talked about wanting to add a tow hitch after we had completed the contract, and he offered to walk over to parts with me to get one. He was very enthusiastic about the features of the Jeep when showing them to me. Vince Razuri in finance was likewise extremely helpful and efficient. I don't even know what to say about Clark LeDoux. He was very enthusiastic and engaging as well. He checked on me throughout the process. After I had purchased the Jeep, he asked if there was anything else he could do for me. When I told him I was going to surprise my fiance with the Jeep, he asked if I wanted to put a bow on it, then he scared one up for me. She was completely overwhelmed. An older gentleman whom I met outside the door when I was coming back to bring my down payment check was similarly helpful, walked me around to the finance office, and talked to me enthusiastically about the new buyer seminar that was going on in the lobby. I especially enjoyed the fact that everyone applauded when I heard new cars being announced on the intercom to be prepared for delivery. That happened several times while I was there. Though not impressed with the qua I picked up a brand new Dodge Journey and broke a tab that holds the fuse box cover on, the first night I had it. Though not impressed with the quality of the box latch, I was very impressed with how Jason Roberson, Service Advisor at Don Davis Auto Group handled it. Honesty being the best policy, I let Jordan know that this was not a factory defect and that it was my hands that were on the cover when this broke. I showed Jordan what I feel to be a very flimsy latch assembly and asked what the next step would be. He took me to the parts department, we priced the part at near $200 + an unknown labor charge to change the base power block assembly. Jason took the information to his supervisor and the decision was made to cover it under warranty. A time was scheduled and the vehicle was promptly fixed. While it was being repaired, Jason gave me updates on the progress. The little extra time that this takes is a true sign that someone cares about your buying and owning experience. Several employees in the service area actively showed an interest in supplying customer service the way it should be. More
