We visited several dealerships and by comparison, we found Don Davis to be the most professional, calming, the largest inventory and the most familiar with its vehicles. I wouldn't call the sales experience "low pressure", I would call it "respectful". I can't speak highly enough of Ozzie, who encouraged me to drive 50 miles from Allen, TX to Arlington with my wife. Ozzie said he would make the trip worth my time and he did. I learned more about the truck in 30 minutes with Ozzie than I had with all the other 10 dealerships combined. We met several staff and the service department. All were extremely courteous and welcoming. Michael Nienhauss also made the financing a pleasant experience. I didn't expect him to be able to beat our finance company, who provided loans for every vehicle we purchased in the last 25 years. This was the hardest purchase I have made in the last twentyfive years. In that time frame I have not had a car payment. They walked me thru every step and wanted to make sure I was happy. Abraham helped to move my things from my old car to the brand new one. The Avenger fit everything I was looking for and price was very good. Personally I would not have looked at this car but it is such a good fit. There isn't one thing I would change about it. Mike in the finance deptment made sure the payments worked with my budget.
