Kirk Potter worked with me several times as I tried to figure out what I wanted. Nothing pushy -- just helpful suggestions! He explained things as we went along -- nothing secretive or underhanded... When the time came to finalize the sale, he handed me over to Vince Razuri, the Business Manager, who also explained things as we went along. The negotiating, the trade-in, the financing -- all very easy and transparent! In the end, I left with a new(er) vehicle that I am extremely pleased with -- and made some new friends along the way!
