Mr Oswald and his associates were very proffessional right from the start. His initial greeting was cordial and I was happy to be part of a wonderfuf experience. I think that Mr Oswald and his finance d right from the start. His initial greeting was cordial and I was happy to be part of a wonderfuf experience. I think that Mr Oswald and his finance department should be commended for their proffessionalism and courteous work which means a lot more than just selling a car. Thank you. More
I came in for an oil change on my 2010 Charger. I saw a 2011 Charger R/T on the pre-owned lot that I HAD to have!!! Ozzie helped me, since I'd bought my 2 previous vehicles from him. He is wonderful, and makes the buying process so easy. Vince got me thru the finance portion in record time. I have now purchased 5 vehicles from Don Davis, and I'm sure I'll purchase many more! More
Good Service, Good price. Quick with the service. Very efficient. Good product. Overall very satisfied with the purchase. However I would prefer if the added tire package on the jeep included the spare efficient. Good product. Overall very satisfied with the purchase. I first went to Q Dodge in Irving, Tx to trade in my 2007 Silverado and buy a new black Dodge Ram Sport R/T. When I called, I was told they had a black one. I show up and the 2011 truck is gray! I felt in Silverado and buy a new black Dodge Ram Sport R/T. When I called, I was told they had a black one. I show up and the 2011 truck is gray! I felt interrogated and trapped by the sales man and finance guy. I arranged to be back Monday morning. Glad I didn't decide to go into work late on Monday...The sales guy wasn't even there! I was told he would be in later. Later, I was told they didn't even know if he was coming into work that day - The girl answering the phone was even rude! Monday after work I went to Don Davis in Arlington and met Eddie. 100% different experience. I never felt pressured by Eddie (sales) or the finance guy (can't remember his name). They made me a better deal on my trade in and got me a Black, 2012 Dodge Ram Sport R/T...just what I wanted! AND it was a much better price than the other dealership. Everyone there was so nice and friendly. I could not stop smiling while I drove my new truck home :) Thanks guys! More

Earl Manuel was a great help. He, unlike other car salesmen I had visited previously took the time to listen to what I wanted. He also searched for cars within the price range of what I needed. He was salesmen I had visited previously took the time to listen to what I wanted. He also searched for cars within the price range of what I needed. He was patient and ensured me that he knew would get me in a car, no matter how long it took. He is a great car salesman. Everyone that I came in contact with at Don Davis was friendly. Most importantly, they weren't pushy they; were confident. More
Great experience from the beginning! We did not feel pressured in the least and that went very far with us. Don Davis is so lucky to have such a personable young saleslady in Kristen Word, she was a del pressured in the least and that went very far with us. The salesman, Jim Britton, and the sales manaager, Melvin Smith, were both very friendly, patient and helpful in my efforts to find a new vehicle. They're very friendly, helpful, and work fast. Overall it took probably no longer then an hour to get my car and fill out all the paper work, and I left feeling I had all my questions answered. took probably no longer then an hour to get my car and fill out all the paper work, and I left feeling I had all my questions answered. descriptive as possible, 25 words or more? Are you suffering from ADD? First off I have been looking at new cars and truck for about 2 months. My fiance was looking for a new car which we acquired suffering from ADD? First off I have been looking at new cars and truck for about 2 months. My fiance was looking for a new car which we acquired on Saturday the 10th. (Nissan Maxima). I have been looking a bit longer at trucks. I had it narrowed down from a few visits to other lots and running from Sales people. I came to the lot with three questions. I stumped Ashliee with my three questions but she immediately went to Kristen and she answered my questions. I was thankful to see someone be honest. So far in the last few dealership visits I knew more than the sales person and then they just ran their mouth like the Charlie Brown teacher. Two nights before at Chevy, I had the worst experience and I walked out of his office. Kristen was good but there is one common theme at every lot which I will address later. Erick was the best finance person I dealt with including the car we bought last weekend. He had straight answers and I did not feel like he was (excuse the term “a used car sales man”). I trusted the information he was providing. Another key factor was people were smiling and seemed to like their work, also the offices were clean and the main area was in good order. Each of the offices I had been in previously at other dealerships looked to be sharing desks and not in good order. Ok now the rub, come on sit down MR. MGNT you have to have your turn. Training! Good training is key!! Not on doing a 4X4 square, small talk, but knowing the competition, I mean really knowing them. “Every stinking difference.” Not one sales person in the last few months could drift far from their own lot. Kristen was GREAT with Dodge and had basic knowledge of most of the rest but maybe I should drop in sometime and show you what I mean. I can almost guarantee your number will go up. I would think it would be a matter of personal pride as it would make for more money in everyone’s pocket but the buyer. Oh and personal thoughts from a buyer standpoint: We love swag!!! You know… new fun T-shirt, coozies, or even a great coffee mug for the truck. More
