The service man never returned my call, so I had to make several trips to the location communicate He misinterpreted what I said and had my vehicle sent for repair. No one informed me of a 4 hour wait for a oil change. I ENDED up late for work. SPOKE WITH the manager on duty, he was very informal and dismissive. He took 10 dollars off of a 100 dollar oil change.
