Horrible service I have as told 1-11/2 hour wait for oil change. 3 hours later and I’m still waiting, I told the service agent I needed my Jeep so I could leave for work, he says it’s done, 30 minutes l oil change. 3 hours later and I’m still waiting, I told the service agent I needed my Jeep so I could leave for work, he says it’s done, 30 minutes later and they start wrapping it up. I asked for a quick car was because of the wait and was totally ignored. I would expect this from auto nation but not from Don Davis. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere next time More

I think they did a great job on repairing my truck. I suppose my service rep was on vacation. Had to really reach out for updates but I would say it was just bad timing and all.
