Very time sensitive. They check you in and let you know how long it will be. They honor that time if not beat it. High price as far as the parts and labor. Don't let them do anything on the car that you can already do yourself. Caesar was very helpful in getting our issue handled. There was a bit of miscommunication. We were told to come without an appointment before 4 pm, but Caesar said it's really too late.
