I used to love coming here and would be in and out. Lately I cannot wait to not have to come here again. I drove from Mesquite to Arlington to be told it would take more than 2.5 hours and to schedule an appointment. Called again and made an appointment for the next few days at 3PM, again drove from Mesquite to get there and be told that I would still have to wait 2.5 hours even though I had an appointment... Then finally I went Saturday morning, I still waited 2 hours for just an oil change. The sign that said "fast and express lane" need to be removed. More
