Unacceptable service. I received an email that the rear axle pad needed to be replaced. I never received a call. Was told jeep was ready to pick up. waited 2. 5 hours and nothing was really done to address my concerns...truck is still in warranty...i had 2 issues and on one of them the Service Di 5 hours and nothing was really done to address my concerns...truck is still in warranty...i had 2 issues and on one of them the Service Director , Shannon Buie , eyeballed the steering wheel wrap and made a decision it was not a warranty issue...he needs to be serving in a much higher position with that talent..possible in USA Economics or Agriculture.....another dealer has determined it IS in fact a warranty issue.......Shannon should be counseled.
