Communication was poor. It wasn't until I brought my car in for service that I was told the service department was five days out before even looking at my car. This proved It wasn't until I brought my car in for service that I was told the service department was five days out before even looking at my car. This proved unreliable as my car sat for 11 days before they got to it. At that time I had to come in and do a test drive with them to make sure they knew what the problem was even though I was explicit in describing the problem. Finally, I had asked them to contact the warranty provider to confirm that my deductible would be less but they didn't do that. What are you going to do - par for the course, these days :( More
