I’m very upset that I was sold a vehicle with a water pump leaking straight off the lot. I contacted the dealer the day after purchase and never heard back from the service department as promised. Took my 2017 Dodge Caravan in for transmission fluid & filter change , they pull off pan and had metal shavings in it. They said i need a new transmission. This vehicle had only 56000 miles driven.
