The service department was excellent. They explained everything going on and the approximate time it would take to get the service done. We went in for the required oil change and tire ro They explained everything going on and the approximate time it would take to get the service done. We went in for the required oil change and tire rotation. We had the Wave program but they did the oil change on the Jeep program in case we were out of town, etc so we could use the Wave then. That was really nice. We took our hard top and front doors off for the first time right before the service and had an issue with the driver door hinge which they took care of for us with no issues. Mark Drexel was also nice enough to provide us the pricing for a rear hitch and electrical installation costs so that we would know the financial costs that we would be looking at in the future. We can’t say enough how helpful and friendly the service department was and we really appreciate them. Thank you all so much. More
