Had a oil leak I thought it was power steering fluid but as it turned out to be oil leaking from the oil filter where the oil change people didn’t tighten correctly. as it turned out to be oil leaking from the oil filter where the oil change people didn’t tighten correctly. More
Horrible. I waited 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change and there were no other customers there when I got there. No communication at all from staff other than “oh we thought we were waiting on paperwork” .. so casu were no other customers there when I got there. The alternator was putting out too much charge voltage. Replaced and the problem is solved. I would have been happy to have paid you to do this but not in 3 to 5 days for an alternator!
