Not very good communication before, during and after repair. I initially went in to get fuel gauge issue resolved. Other services were agreed to and completed but my fuel gauge issue was not address. I was delighted to get a call from Mary Franco scheduling a repair/replacement of the radio and camera which was negotiated when I bought the vehicle. Ms. Franco told me that she would need 2 hrs to get the a repair/replacement of the radio and camera which was negotiated when I bought the vehicle. Ms. Franco told me that she would need 2 hrs to get the work done and she was on the money. She kept me apprised and told me to call her if there were any issues with my truck. I haven't experienced this level and quality of service in so many years. So glad that I bought from Don Davis and so glad that Mary Franco is my service contact! More
