My experience was frustrating. My car was there for 13 days on a job that should have been no more than two days. I realize that my car was not the only car that was being serviced, however the ball was d days on a job that should have been no more than two days. I realize that my car was not the only car that was being serviced, however the ball was dropped and the only reason I was able to have my car completed was because I did the leg work and called other dealerships in order to find the part for my car. It is ridiculous that I was forced to do the job that the parts department should have done in order to have my car repaired. I do not want to do any more business with this company and have shared my awful experience with my family and friends. More

Fast and efficient servicing of my vehicle. The service time to fix my vehicle was great! Wait time is way too long for an oil change WITH an appointment. Chairs in waiting area are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. They did not wash the car after service.
