I did on line appointment. I had an oil leak and radio problems. Found out that there were 2 recalls so I said yes to take care of them. When I got to service dept, they only had me down for recalls and n problems. Found out that there were 2 recalls so I said yes to take care of them. When I got to service dept, they only had me down for recalls and not the actual problems I was having. So I had to wait for someone else to come take care of it. The guy was very nice. I didn't let them change my cabin air filter, but they had opened it up and didn't secure it back properly. Floor had many leaves in it when I picked it up that were not there when I dropped it off. Brand new vehicles keep going into the shop with the same problem not getting fix, no rental cars available for the inconvenience. I took my truck there at 10am and had to leave overnight just to find out it needed a battery. And it only took them 2 hrs to charge the bad one. They wouldn’t give me a loaner and they didn’t have shuttle just to find out it needed a battery. And it only took them 2 hrs to charge the bad one.
