Came for a recall that I ordered in March 6, 2021 when i came for an oil change, found out it was never ordered as i was told. They were supposed to change the batteries in both of my keys and only did one came for an oil change, found out it was never ordered as i was told. Made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early, only to be told there’d be a 4-hour delay for the service I requested. Was also told it would cost $400 for “maintenance” on my faulty sunroof or I could “wa be told there’d be a 4-hour delay for the service I requested. In top of that the waiting room is an absolute crap hole. Manny, however, was professional and I feel bad that the organization doesn’t seem to be interested in supporting him. More

It took over 2 hours to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. I understand I'm not the only customer but I feel like the wait was too long.
