My experience with making the appointment, the repair itself, and working with Nick were great. However, my car was returned with HUGE amounts of bird poop on both sides, which I assume was a result of b itself, and working with Nick were great. While you may not be able to control that birds are nesting in the garage, perhaps you should clean the cars that this happens to before you return them to the customer as that was an extra expense I had after repair. I have had bad experiences with Dodge since the day I bought my vehicle but Mark Drexel changed that for me. He is proactive and honest and ensures that my service needs are met each time I arrive.
