Needed oil service because it was due. I'm from out of state traveling / towing with a couple more thousand miles to go. Thankful to be taken in on short notice. True to the service managers word it was a two hour turnaround on a busy day. I have a couple of issues directed at the service crew. I have after market tires that are properly inflated to 60psi for towing. It did not occur to me service techs would remove air from tires without asking the customer. But that's what they did - taking them down to 42psi. Add to that they barely screwed-on the caps so in the few miles before checking pressures in preparation to tow one cap came off. Take note they are caps indicating nitrogen filled tires and for that reason should not have been touched in my opinion. If anything beyond the oil change they should have noticed a slightly low level in the radiator reservoir. More
