Audrey made sure my truck was in and out within a few days. He even made sure to put me in a pickup truck since that’s what I own and dropped off for service. Another dealer up the street had my truck for 2 weeks and haven’t even diagnosed it in that time, not to mention they stuck me in a minivan loaner. I picked my truck up from that dealer and took it right over to Don Davis and it was serviced within 3 days! More

My service advisor was very good and responsive. She communicated with me and kept me up to date throughout the process. Unfortunately there were a coupe of issues that keep me from giving 5 stars. First, when I picked up my truck, the check engine light was still on. It turned out to be from a different problem, but still they would have let me drive off with it lit if I hadn't noticed. I was given a loaner vehicle to get home in, so that was a big plus. But then for the repair of this new issue the replacement part was almost double the cost that I could have bought it from any other parts source online. Knowing I overpaid by nearly $300 on this repair does not make me eager to bring any future business to this service department. More
