Appointment was made on a Monday for Wednesday. Drop off vehicle & then was called 2 hours later & told didn't have the part. Why make appt if no part in stock. If you are going to have a manager pull the entire crew off production in the middle of the afternoon (2pm on Wednesday) and have an hour long meeting you should tell your customers so they know they will off production in the middle of the afternoon (2pm on Wednesday) and have an hour long meeting you should tell your customers so they know they will sit and wait while their vehicles are sitting in the shop getting nothing done to them? I had this happen the last two times I went in, the first time I let it go thinking it was a one off but the second time I called and asked if I could schedule a time to have a headlight changed and was told we are light today if you just want to come in then I sat there for hours while they had their meeting . Your managers don't give a xxxx about the customers that are there and instead of letting people know they are going to have a meeting which will delay at least an hour they don't say anything the customers just sit there wondering why is it taking so long! Another customer was there when I was and very upset she was waiting over 2 hours for an oil change??? Why would you have a meeting in the middle of the afternoon and if you were stupid enough to do that why would you not warn your customers before taking their cars? I will avoid returning to Don Davis at all cost because of this and the attitude of the managers! The service writer was awesome and tried to apologize but as she told me, Im so sorry but I cant go into the meeting and tell the manager to stop the meeting. I feel sorry for her to work with such arrogant managers! More

This was a terrible experience. I will NEVER go to Don Davis again for service or sales. The individual who “helped” me was not helpful, dismissive and didn’t even tell me his name. But thankfully I remem Davis again for service or sales. The individual who “helped” me was not helpful, dismissive and didn’t even tell me his name. But thankfully I remember what he looks like. I’ve spoken to several people who have had the same experience and said he was the absolute worst. Terrible experience. Glad our salesman moved dealerships so won’t have to go back there again. More
