I know that I am just there to get a free oil change that comes with my new jeep through the Jeep Wave program, but the dealership could still do the minimum courtesies. Just an average service compare to 3 previous dealerships. Asked for a recommendation to fix the cable that is attached on the rear window for the defrost and were not able no even so say we are dealerships. But since the other dealerships were not able to fix the defrost cable seems like is just an issue not a Jeep dealer service can fix. More
I don't like service recommendations which aren't even due until thousands of miles later. In other words, i was recommended to change my coolant at 40,000 miles and my truck manual maintenence schedule s due until thousands of miles later.
