All I have to say is.. I'm so disappointed in Don Davis service management department.. I have never felt so disrespected before.. And the way upper management tried resolving it was even more disrespectfu service management department.. I have never felt so disrespected before.. I’m not a Don Davis customer. But when my dealership said they couldn’t get to my vehicle for a few days, and that would not be able to offer me a loaner until January, I looked for the closest Ram repair ce they couldn’t get to my vehicle for a few days, and that would not be able to offer me a loaner until January, I looked for the closest Ram repair center to me. Don Davis came up. I took a chance and showed up at 7 am to see if they would help me since I was not their customer. Surprise! Nick Mendez greeted me with a smile, listened to my problem and treated me like I’ve been going there for years. Even gave me a loaner on the spot no problem. Said it might be a couple of days before they could get to my vehicle. I was fine with that. Nick surprisingly called me the following day to inform me my vehicle was repaired and ready. I am switching all my service and maintenance from AutoNation CDJR in North Fort Worth because even though I was their customer, they would not help me. Don Davis helped me immediately. Future customer for life now. I only wish I had bought the vehicle from them. 5 star exemplary Service center!! More
