If I could give negative stars I would and save yourself the trouble of this dysfunctional organization and poor customer service. I paid for a FOB that could not be programmed per Don Davis. They agreed to let me have the key (since it does unlock the car in the event I need a back up key) and a partial refund (yes I have a receipt in writing). Jay the service rider called and told me the key had to returned for the partial refund. THIS MAKES NO SENSE! Why would I return a key and not receive a full refund and ITS NOT THE AGREEMENT PER MY RECEIPT (I HAVE IN WRITING)! I asked to speak to the service manager and genergal manager, Jay stated (and I quote) "They don't care" (Jay said this several times "They (management) don't care". I hope $175 is worth a valuable and loyal customer, I hope that you receive the negative customer service energy you tell customers, and mostly I know that I will not return for car maintenance or buy a car from Don Davis. Free marketing advice, when a customer has a negative experience, they tell at least 10 people, please multiply that by 100 - I've told social media, Yelp, and anyone or way about my negative experience at Don Davis. Summary - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH ETHICS!!!! More

Everything was perfect until I checked the air pressure in my tires as when they are rotated they need to be adjusted as the back tire take 15 more pounds that the front.
