He's friendly, very knowledgeable, personable, patient, dependable, and just down right passionate about doing what's best for the customer. He made it possible for me to get the car of my dreams!!! Of course it took an entire team to make my dream come true, so before I conclude my sentiments about my experience at Don Davis, I must give a heartfelt thank you to the key players...Mark Drexel greeted me with a smile, as he always does!!! Nicole Vander Woude worked her magic with me, both this time and last time...I mean, she literally went thru the ringer on both of my cars to get me a rate I could afford. She explained what I could do to lower my interest rate from my 1st car purchase, and it helped tremendously. So much do, my interest rate decreased by almost 50% in under 2 years, which put me in a good place financially for my new ride. Alex ward worked his magic with as well! "Cousin" Mike Nienhuas was very patient with me during the decision process. He didn't add pressure, instead, he eased my anxiety with his patience!!! Finally, Abraham Escareno was sure to give me a parting gift! I must say, I enjoyed my beautiful Yeti cup... Overall, my experience was on point!!! More
