We had a DEF error on our 3500 Ram and we called to see where we could get service. This dealership was the only one who responded that they had parts and could resolve our issues. When we arrived, Nick kn where we could get service. This dealership was the only one who responded that they had parts and could resolve our issues. When we arrived, Nick knew immediately that we had called and was proactive in making sure we were taken care of in an efficient manner. He was courteous, knowledgable and available the entire time our truck was being serviced. He helped us with a rental vehicle for overnight and expeditiously completed every step of service that was needed. Excellent service! More
We have recently purchased our JeeP in August. Driving it off the lot we were super excited. However, we had to take it right back in on the next because the tire pressure light was on. Turns out we needed s off the lot we were super excited. However, we had to take it right back in on the next because the tire pressure light was on. Turns out we needed some new sensors. They replaced it and we took it home. Literally, same day, the light came back on again. Took it it, needed sensors for the other wheels, but they are back ordered. I have called several times to see if they are in so that we can have the issue fixed, I have not received any follow up/notice whatsoever on the status of the sensors. I understand they are backordered, but there has been zero communication regarding the order itself. The slightest communication makes all the difference for us to at least be informed. Each time I have to reach out myself I feel like I'm bothering a rep because I feel like I have to check on the status myself. More
Needed tire using tire guard, was told Tuesday at 10:15 no match in house could put a good year on or order a match be here in 3 hrs, came back next day 7am still No tire, left highly upset, got a call 8:2 no match in house could put a good year on or order a match be here in 3 hrs, came back next day 7am still No tire, left highly upset, got a call 8:25 same morning all of a sudden had a tire, drove back a 3rd time, waited 50 min for tire to be put on , no compensation of maybe a little free gas or a truck wash nothing.
