Small vacuum leak. Had to leave my car at the dealership for about a week. Other dealers offer loaner vehicles; in this time of COVID it would seem to me to be an imperative requirement. If this keeps up, my next vehicle will not be a Jeep, and thats saying a LOT because I love my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Also the transmission surges...ALL the time. However whomever test drove is...not knowledgeable enough and didnt feel the surge. We feel a surge EVERY SINGLE TIME we drive the vehicle - so whomever drove it needs retrained. This dealer DOES NOT have Home Delivery or Services, as indicated by the last question in this survey. This is the basis of my chief complaint. More
