I dropped off my Jeep on August 15th. The blower for my A/C had stopped working and was not working when I dropped off. They gave me the run around for almost a week after asking them to fix the a/c becaus A/C had stopped working and was not working when I dropped off. They gave me the run around for almost a week after asking them to fix the a/c because my warranty was about to expire they did nothing. They also said my gas tank overflowing was something I would need to learn to live with. I asked them to replace a tire censor -‘and they didn’t even do that. I was very disappointed and left with doing nothing to my car for over a week of not having it. I’m overall very disappointed my blower could not be replaced and told them my displeasure in a simple note being all they could do for me. Supposedly that will help me get my a/c fixed if it stops working soon outside of my warranty More

So I would never come back to that dealership ever again with my vehicle I hope you all learned a hard lesson but dealing with someone who knows as a female about her own car. I hope this lesson that y'all should have learned don't Litter someone when they call you and tell you that y'all did not properly take care of their cars and cause them to have a wreck and tear their car up and you wouldn't let not listen to the conversation so I hope what has came back on you will not happen to someone else like it happened to me. Never again I mean never again I will come to that dealership I might not mean that much to you guys I might not have that much money or be a big shot but I was a loyal customer and y'all lost it. They lied to me, take your car to another dealership, buy a car somewhere else! I took my car with 2 light on, engine light, and throttle light. They took 7 days to ran the "inspection" and said that "we're a car somewhere else! I took my car with 2 light on, engine light, and throttle light. They took 7 days to ran the "inspection" and said that "we're going to fix your car". After $472, I asked twice "is this going to fix my car?", Mary Castro said "yes!", a lie. As I was driving back home the 2 light went off! They basically fixed a thing that has nothing to do with my engine and my throttle. I still have the problem, they don't know what the problem is and I paid for a service that they promised that they would deliver. I'm going to denounce them to BBB. More
