When looking to purchase a vehicle of course you have the sales pressure of trying to buy it now because "you can't get a better deal than this". Marcos was extremely understanding of my intentions and was v sales pressure of trying to buy it now because "you can't get a better deal than this". Marcos was extremely understanding of my intentions and was very patient even though whomever his boss was was trying to get the sale that day. My concern was the following day. My ex messaged me saying that he heard I had bought a vehicle from the dealer. Apparently someone who works in the parts department knew my name and reached out to my ex and informed him what I had bought and how much I had paid for it. This is a HUGE concern for my safety because of a domestic violence incident with my ex prior. Knowing he is a text message away from being able to find out where i live or any of my information was a huge issue for me and my safety. I was physically unable to go to work the following week because I was scared for my safety to where I almost considered returning the truck i had just bought. My coworker called the dealer on my behalf because he was concerned for my safety and brought the situation to fruition. Till this day I have not heard of any resolution and it enrages me that no further investigation was done to try and find this individual who shared my information. Im STILL livid. More
