Warranty Service The dealership close to home would not fix my issues. I decided to take it for a second opinion to Don Davis. I had a great experience in the past. The dealership close to home would not fix my issues. I decided to take it for a second opinion to Don Davis. I had a great experience in the past. I took it in with an engine light and I had concerns with my transmission. Mary kept me informed throughout the process and transmission issue has been fixed. I had to take it back for another and that was fixed as well. Certainly recommend Mary at Don Davis. Also impressed that the Service Manager took the time to introduce himself and listened to my concerns because that is rare these days. The service has gone downhill over the past 10 years. Specifically, the last two years. My experience this past month was the worst. The Jeep service department had my car over 3 weeks trying to fix a c Specifically, the last two years. My experience this past month was the worst. The Jeep service department had my car over 3 weeks trying to fix a check engine light and an ABS sensor. They ordered one part at a time and when that part didn’t solve the problem, they would order another part. That went on for several weeks until I’d finally had enough and asked to speak with a manager. The person assigned to me (Mary) never called me. I left several messages to no avail. I was seriously considering purchasing a new car from Don Davis but not now. I can’t imagine having to deal with the service department. It was a total nightmare. More
