After over a week of waiting I finally got my car back. AC works well for now, but I would’ve liked more communication, as I had to call multiple times and they still weren’t clear about details or what w AC works well for now, but I would’ve liked more communication, as I had to call multiple times and they still weren’t clear about details or what was going on. I knew there was a parts delay, but that was about it, as they didn’t tell me what was delayed. Even then, they would give a day and then when it was about closing time I would call and then they would move it to another day. It was even more stressful when it was finally fixed, they expected me to get there literally right when they were closing to get my vehicle, so I had to call someone to get me and then rush down literally right when they were all packing up to leave. I get that is how it goes sometimes but when it’s Saturday and I may not be able to get my car until Monday, and they said they were almost done the day before, it felt to me as if I was an afterthought that they remembered just before closing. All that to say, I probably wouldn’t go back since it didn’t feel welcoming and the communication just wasn’t good. I will say though that the prices were fairly realistic, so I was happy about that. More

No Valve Stem Caps I had quite a bit of work done on my Jeep. My tires were rotated and balanced. The value stem caps were left off.
