Don Davis Dodge Chrysler Jeep has horrible customer service. I drove up (in a Jeep), and they all looked at me like I was an alien. No one greeted me, or asked me how could they help. There were about service. I drove up (in a Jeep), and they all looked at me like I was an alien. No one greeted me, or asked me how could they help. There were about 4 of them in the service department, just standing around. Finally, someone came to help after I had been there a while. This has happened more than once. And I only went back to them because they messed up the initial work that I paid them to do, and they had to correct it. Manny is the service agent I worked with. He is kind and efficient, but super busy because everyone else seems to be standing around. I won’t be back. More

I went into the dealership with a problem that another shop did not fix and they promised me that they would get to the bottom of it.
