Excellent Service Department Experience! I have had three Grand Cherokees, so have been to quite a few Jeep dealerships. The experience at Don Davis with Nick was by far the best experience I I have had three Grand Cherokees, so have been to quite a few Jeep dealerships. Jeep Service Mark was great in telling me everything that was going to be done to my Jeep as part of normal maintenance service. Bad experience, had the oil changed and apparently the mechanic spilt oil taking the filter off and did not clean up after himself. I had to stop what I was doing and take my vehicle back to the service mechanic spilt oil taking the filter off and did not clean up after himself. I had to stop what I was doing and take my vehicle back to the service center to make sure I did not have a leak and have the mechanic clean up his mess. Not only was this BS I also had to clean up my garage and driveway where the oil dripped onto the ground. More
