Service on our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee We were met by Cesar and he was very friendly and explained everything in detail. I did not like my experience this most recent time at all. The man from the service department who attended me was very rude, arrogant and I was not informed in anything about my cars service until the v all. I was told to approve a service for an engine air filter but I wasn't told what I was approving and I had a reusable filter that I could have cleaned on my own. Overall I lost faith in this location and the staff it use to be great but not anymore. More
