Great service! In and out in one day, great communication, was notified of two recalls they could perform while I was there. The Service team was my saving grace. I stopped in Tuesday night after shift to get a low tire checked out, and was advised it had a nail causing the slow leak. I brought my car in for a recall repair and during the process there was very ver Thank you for inquiring about my recent visit to your dealership. I brought my car in for a recall repair and during the process there was very very little communication between service rep and myself. I did leave at least two separate messages for the advisor on separate days . I even went as far as leaving a message with the service manager and did get a return call either. I know that my car is not in the best of condition and was even considering trading it in as I only have about 5 payments left on it at this time. But it is highly unlikely at this time. I also asked the service department to take it by the body shop to get an estimate on repairing the rear hatch door. When I went to look in the back end I found that the cover on the door that covers the compartment had been broken and thrown up against the back seat. I was very disappointed in the quality of service this visit and would not recommend your service department. The three gentlemen are not the employees that I met with personally on this visit.
