Not Impress with the customer service I had an appointment with Mannie at 1300 and there were two service agent greeted me and stated they were going to find Mannie stayed in my vehicle f I had an appointment with Mannie at 1300 and there were two service agent greeted me and stated they were going to find Mannie stayed in my vehicle for 15-min until an agent greeted me and stated he was going to take care of me ( don't remember his name because he didn't leave me with a good first impression) . When paying for my service> two people ahead of me and I notice the clerk didn't ask them for ID but asked me when i paid for my service . I live in Arlington and purchased my vehicle in Dallas because the salesman in Arlington he was doing to much talking and less listening ; I' ll continue to get my vehicle service in Dallas . Not thinking things through I had a new windshield washer reservoir installed on my truck. They make them black because it can be seen through the grill. The person who installed it left the white sticker with all the data on it attached to the reservoir which can be clearly seen through the grill and looks horrible. More
