Got it right the first time I was having problems with my 2016 Chrysler 200 giving warning alerts of all types. The car didn't run right or wanted to start. That's when I decided to visit Don Davis to get things checked out. My service writer Mary Franco was just the person I needed to see. After a preliminary diagnostic test, I was told some of the problems needed farther testing. I left the car with her, she called me later that day and gave me a complete report and a cost analysis of all that needed to be done. Everything was spot on and my car runs like new again. Sales Are Great - Service Needs Work I LOVE the sales department with Don Davis. I've never felt pressured, I've always felt that my sales person is educated, and when they don't know som I LOVE the sales department with Don Davis. The service department has always been sub-par for both my husband and I. It varies between Don Davis locations on what their policies are, I have to dig to find out what my benefits are of my purchased warranty, and I'm treated as I don't know what I'm speaking about consistently. For a company that has such a great Sales Team, management really needs to focus on the Service Team as well. I will say, that the service actually in the garage was fast and addressed my issue the first time with haste. And once we were able to get past the first hump of knowing what I'd paid for with the warranty, it was smooth. More
