Audrey took care of my Recall quickly enough with adequate communication. A complaint in general is the aversion that FCA dealerships have to issuing loaner cars. I was offered a loaner car for t adequate communication. A complaint in general is the aversion that FCA dealerships have to issuing loaner cars. I was offered a loaner car for the recall (because fca lists it in the TSB) but denied one for over $1000 in additional repair work that was recommended. As a result I declined the recommended work as it made getting to work impossible without a loaner. Coming from Lexus this is completely foreign to me and it seems to undercut business opportunity. Ie not making one available significantly lowers the odds of me getting anything but required maint done at your facility. More

Not knowing what caused the problem I brought it into the dealership. The service advisor listened to my concerns and suggestions with the upmost care. I really appreciate the assistance in trying to figure out the source of my issue, especially on New Years Eve 2019. It's still unknown what causes the flicking of my head light, but I am confident if the problem exists I can reach out to my advisor to discuss possible solutions. More
