Had issues, but were resolved Took our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for several issues and was told by the service advisor he would get with me either that afternoon or in a day or two b Took our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for several issues and was told by the service advisor he would get with me either that afternoon or in a day or two because he was off the next day. We waited 3 days and finally called about the car and was told our advisor was still out, but our car was ready. Went to pick it up, and had to wait quite a while for the car to be brought up. While we were waiting, the cashier asked if I wanted to speak to the manager about our issues, and I said yes. I talked to him and he assured me to let him know when there were problems. After driving away, some of the issues that we had taken it in for were still issues. We took it back the next morning and saw the manager in the bay. He cane over and asked why we were back. I explained the situation to him, and we were given another Advisor and were given a loaner car, while ours was being checked out a second time. Mary our second Advisor took very good care of us and resolved the issues in one day. Thank you to Joe and Nary for your help and understanding More
