Poor Service I purchased a 2017 Chrysler 200 January 2017 it had 1700 miles on it and now has 47000 and the battery is dead the POS wouldn't cover it told me that I purchased a 2017 Chrysler 200 January 2017 it had 1700 miles on it and now has 47000 and the battery is dead the POS wouldn't cover it told me that I was 11000 miles over. I think that's a bunch of crap I've had the car 2 years under 50000 and I could not believe already the battery is dead. I will never buy another car from them nor ever again recommend anyone. In addition when I had the 1-year oil change & rire rotation plan every time I went to get my car serviced they gave me this long list of things that needs to be replaced took my car somewhere else and it was not needed. More

Lack of customer focus I brought my vehicle into diagnose air conditioning problem. Service advisor didn’t seem particularly adept but it was what came next that left a bad I brought my vehicle into diagnose air conditioning problem. Service advisor didn’t seem particularly adept but it was what came next that left a bad taste. When I asked service advisor about a courtesy car ride to my home just three miles away, she told me to go to the cashier’s desk and sign up for a ride on her clipboard. The service advisor did not accompany me, she headed off to do other things. After signing up on the clipboard, I went to the waiting area. FOR AN HOUR. After patiently waiting an hour, I went back and asked the cashier how much longer. She seemed surprised that anyone was waiting for a ride. She said the service advisor should have come in with me and told her. I asked if she ever bothered to check the clipboard and she said no, that wasn’t her job. She called the courtesy driver, who responded in minutes and took me home. He was the only person that impressed me that day. No one seemed to even care. More
