Oil Change I tried to get in earlier than my appointment time due to a meeting time change. Audrey didn't try to rush me just to get me in. Told me that their backlog was probably going to run past my meeting start time even if he got me in now. Ask if I could come back in afterwards and he would get my car in/out quickly.
