Not good This last time i went The guy helping me was so rude all i needed Was a oil change he said 1 1/2 which was fine i ended up watching to episodes on Net This last time i went The guy helping me was so rude all i needed Was a oil change he said 1 1/2 which was fine i ended up watching to episodes on Netflix when 3 45 min episodes went by i was Like my car should be done when i left The waiting center i noticed My car parked outside waiting and the guy that was helping me was with another costumer that came in after me so i went And told him i had Been waiting for almost 2 1/2 hours he replied with a smart remark i dont Believe it’s been that long. I told him to hurry up he didn’t go over my papers with me just gave me the keys long story short when i weNt to Austin the following day i had A tire blowout on the highway with my family in the car maybe this could have been avoided if the service guy did his job better or maybe it would have still happened idk More

Not Sure Jennifer was excellent; she was very friendly; professional and knowledgeable and I would return to the service center for an oil change again. Tire replaced under caregard I got a nail on the sidewall of the tire. I got the tire replaced under Caregard. Their caveat is I have to go to the purchasing dealer (dealer I boug I got a nail on the sidewall of the tire. I got the tire replaced under Caregard. Their caveat is I have to go to the purchasing dealer (dealer I bought car from). Had to go in twice because they didn't have the tire in stock, which is fair since it's a BMW and not an FCA car. Customer service was great and was out within an hour of me arriving the second time. On another instance, when I bought my car, I was given a free oil change. They again didn't have the right oil in stock (fair since it's not a brand they sell) but were really open with me watching over the oil change, and explained how to perform the oil change on my car. Turns out its very easy. More

I keep going back because my service advisor earned my business on the first visit. I was lucky enough to be helped by Audrey Wilson on my first visit and have continued to make appointments with him for each subsequent visit. Audrey works hard to understand the issues, provide estimates and keep the customer informed every step of the way. I will continue to take my vehicle to him for factory recalls, routine service and any and all other issues I have in the future. More
